Every home carries one name from the first sketch to the final wall: we design it and we build it. As projects are completed and photographed, they'll appear here.

In design and under construction now

We'd rather show you nothing than show you someone else's work dressed up as ours, or a render pretending to be a photograph. The homes we're designing and building now are still on site. When a house is built and photographed properly, in its own light and with its materials settled, it will take its place here, with the reasons behind it: the site, the brief, the materials, and the one decision we're most glad we made.

We do not add space to impress. We remove what serves no function so that what remains works completely.
